Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 of business days.

Due to COVID-19, all the shipment will be delayed 3-5 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We don’t accept All Shipment shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address. 

Shipment confirmation and order

tracking- When your order has been shipped by our carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number via email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

TFG Tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties)

Damages

TFG TEA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

TFG offers Free return in 30 days. We will issue a return label for you to return the goods. You will receive the full refund in 3-7 days. Aftet I 30 days, we don’t accept any returns and please keep the original box for returning.
