White Tea
White tea is the most lightly processed type of true tea, made from the young leaves and unopened buds of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is known for its delicate flavor, subtle sweetness, and very light color.
🌿 Why It’s Called “White”
The name comes from the fine silvery-white hairs on the young tea buds, which give the dried leaves a pale, fuzzy appearance.
🍵 Flavor Profile

- Light and smooth
- Mildly sweet
- Floral or fruity
