Damages
TFG TEA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
TFG offers Free return in 30 days. We will issue a return label for you to return the goods. You will receive the full refund in 3-7 days. Aftet 30 days, we don’t accept any returns and please keep the original box for returning.
