Carefully selected and crafted by Ten Ren Tea, this tea is lightly oxidized (approximately 30%), classifying it as a lightly oxidized oolong tea. The liquor is bright golden in color, with a smooth, sweet taste and a lingering, refreshing finish.

Tea Amount: Fill the teapot about one-third full (approximately 15g)

Teapot Capacity: 200 c.c. (200 ml)

Water Temperature: 95°C

Steeping Time:

1st infusion: 60 seconds

2nd & 3rd infusions: 40 seconds

From the 4th infusion onward: Add 5–10 seconds for each additional brew
